Ephrata Wrestling

Just a reminder that everyone needs to have a physical form or re-certification forms turned in before they can practice.  Forms can be picked up in the high school athletic office or the middle school office.  Also everyone needs to complete the hydration test and weight certification.  This should be done in the high school training room after school.  The training room will be closed the week of 11/9.

Wrestling Room Open!!!

Coach Rock is opening the wrestling room on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM.  Eventually the room will also be open on Tuesday evenings also.
