The Pete Mielnik Award is for perserverance and commitment to the sport of wrestling. This award is given to a senior who is in the program for 3 years. They demonstrate a good work ethic and team leadership. This is not the outstanding wrestler, but a wrestler who puts the needs of the team ahead of their own personal needs. This award was created in 2008 and is given out only when warranted.
